Reaching out for help is a big step, but finding the right person to support you is just as important. During our initial phone consultation, I’ll ask a few questions to understand what you’d like to get from therapy and how I can help you achieve this.
If you're happy to move forward, we’ll schedule a time and place for our sessions. I will offer a non-judgemental, safe and confidential space for exploration, and we’ll go at a pace that works for you.
Following this client-centred approach, we’ll work collaboratively, focusing on exploring challenges and developing coping strategies to support wellbeing and personal growth.
